A few steps lead up to the partially covered terrace which is ideal for outdoor dining.  A patio window opens into the living/kitchen area.
The kitchen is equipped with a coffee machine, microwave oven, large fridge-freezer and a 4-ring gas hob.  The living area offers a large bench and dining table with access to the 2 bedrooms and the bathroom.  
The children's bedroom features two single beds 80x190 and a removable bunkbed adapted for a child under 13.  The master bedroom features a double bed 140x190 and cupboards.  The large window offers an outside view.  The bathroom, next to the children's bedroom, comprises a shower and washbasin.  The WC is separate, located next to the master bedroom.
