« Good site loved the waterpark access to beach. Playfield was poor looked unloved and children’s play park needs an upgrade. Great to have the indoor play facility and ten pin bowling. Mosquitoes were annoying but guess there’s not much that can be done about that »

« I was nervous about staying at such a big site, but it was nicely landscaped, well maintained and very clean. The pool area and slides made the holiday for my family. We didn’t use the entertainment provision much, due to being English and having teenage boys. We enjoyed renting bikes from the site and using the coastal paths. The shop was reasonable and catered well for most needs. The information leaflet was well written and helpful. We would recommend this site. »

« We loved our stay here and the surrounding towns and villages. Bike tracks are great. Water park was great and rarely struggled to get sunbeds. I would say that at extra busy times (only happened on one day) the slides could do with being manned at the top of a traffic light system in place. My young child had a another child take him out on the slide and then he got told off by the lifeguard but couldn't communicate what at happened so was scared to go again. Very compact but lots for all ages and short walk to the beach. We really enjoyed the food on site and easy drive to supermarkets. Accommodation very clean and modern and staff friendly and helpful. We did have premium with a lovely terrace however, our one issue was how close and overlooked we were to surrounding caravans. Some did have more of a garden but we were overlooked at all angles. Perhaps light filtering curtains would help to add some privacy. Be prepared to bring lots of mozzy spray etc for evenings! Lovely area overall and would highly recommend. »

« Accommodation was very tired with staples holding the windows together. No mosquitoe blinds where they had come off and not been replaced and all crockery and cutlery needed washing before use. »

« Absolutely excellent site! This was our first holiday park holiday and it exceeded expectations. The accommodation was immaculate, the pool and facilities were brilliant and we loved the location. Staff were always helpful. »

« Great site with amazing pool and slides. We had an issue with our hot water boiler one evening. After calling reception a technician was there in 20 minutes. He couldn't fix it but let us know he'd check if they had a replacement available but as it was a 2 man job it would be the day after. These things happen so it wasn't a problem. About 45 minutes later he arrived with a replacement and with me giving him a hand removing the old boiler he replaced it. Less than 2 hours after our initial call we had hot water again. Great service! »

« Excellent family campsite. Very close to lovely beach and great pool plus lots of other facilities. The private bathrooms/washing up facilities on each pitch were a real positive. »

« The site in general was a really pleasant environment, clean and well maintained. The pool complex was a highlight; it flowed well, with a good range of play structures and slides for young children and a decent lazy river. The takeaway pizza was excellent and the bar area was nicely laid out and clean. We did not visit the restaurant as we felt the published menu was limited in options. The site could have done with more facilities for older children/teens. My only real complaint is the comfort of the beds and the pillows, which are just cases stuffed randomly with polyester wadding, so I would highly recommend people to take their own pillows if they can! »

« Pitch and facilities much smaller than anticipated. Parents came last month and theirs were much nicer. Pitches's very crowded and noisy. Were subjected to 2 days of live music just meters from the pitch. »

« Having stayed at a number of 5 star Yelloh villages this one just isn’t up to the same standard. Many of the facilities feel tired, as does the accommodation. The entertainment and service were average and it just isn’t 5 star. We moved on to another Yelloh village for the second half of our holiday and just wish we’d booked this one for the whole time. It’s noticeably better in every way. Positives of l’atlantique were the snack bar food (but sadly not the main restaurant) and the proximity to a lovely beach. Overall a disappointing stay. »
