Located on a pleasant plot, featuring a terrace.  The large bench and dining table sit the whole family comfortably.  Two children's rooms: One of the rooms features twin beds 80x190 which can be pushed together to form a double bed.  The other bedroom also features twin beds 80x190 which can be pushed together to form a double bed, or pushed aside to accommodate a cot.  The master bedroom features a double bed160x190 and storage cupboards.  The bathroom comprises a shower, a washbasin and cupboards. The WC is separate.  The kitchen is fully equipped: coffee maker, microwave oven, large fridge-freezer and 4-ring gas hob. There is also a TV.
Live inside and out thanks to two access points to the terrace:  one via the living room and the other via the kitchen.
